Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days

Tracking information will be emailed to you. Once a packaged has been received by shipping courier, it is your responsibility to track order and contact delivery service in case of lost, missing, or stolen package. We can not contact shipping service on your behalf.

Please know it is our goal to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we want you to love your purchase! If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please immediately email info@sochicish.com for further assistance!

RETURN POLICY:

~Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY! No exceptions.

~Create a So Chic’ish account, as that is where your credit will be applied. Credits will be applied within 3-5 days of So Chic’ish receiving your return. Please do not email regarding your credit until 5 days has passed and you have checked your So Chic’ish account. 
~All returns must be received by So Chic’ish Boutique within 10 days of the date received by purchaser. 
~Items purchased from SALE page, coupon codes exceeding 25% off, undergarments, and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. 
~All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, oil, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.
~If an order is returned past the 10 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.

~Shoes can be returned, but must be UNWORN and a restock fee of $10 will be deducted from return credit. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please review our Return Policy above to ensure you meet all the return requirements.
2. Place in a shipping safe package and INCLUDE THE NAME ON THE PACKAGE THAT THE ITEM WAS ORDERED BY.

  1. If you are wanting a different size of the exact same item, please order the desired size online to ensure you get it. Include note of this in the return, and a refund will be issued in lieu of store credit. 
  2. If any special agreements were made outside of normal guidelines, please print that conversation, in case store owner is not the one issuing credits when your return is received.
